Estimated delivery windows are included below. Please note that they are subject to change, especially during high-volume time frames, and expedited orders do not deliver on weekends. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number that is included in your shipping confirmation.

Holidays
Orders are processed & shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it’ll be processed the following business day. Our distribution centers are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won’t be processed on these days:

Shipping Information
A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and 2nd Day shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout”.
PLEASE NOTE: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Shipping Address Disclaimer
At this time, Frédéric Malle Online is unable to ship to more than one address within a single order.
Please place a separate order for each designated shipping address and make sure to verify that the address details are accurate to avoid any errors or delays in shipping.
Electronic Delivery
Frédéric Malle Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.
Electronic Delivery
Some items sold by Frédéric Malle Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Frédéric Malle Online, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
Forwarding
Frédéric Malle Online is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. Frédéric Malle Online is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. Damage must be reported prior to the forwarding company accepting the package. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.
Lost or Missing Orders
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:
- 1. Check with neighbors and family members
- 2. Look around the delivery location
- 3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
- 4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further
Note: Frédéric Malle Online monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Frédéric Malle Online reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
Alaska, Hawaii, Other US Territories
Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. Frédéric Malle Online currently ships to the following U.S. Territories:
- America Samoa
- Guam
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Orders shipped to U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories.
*We regret we are unable to ship to Palau.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. Frédéric Malle Online currently ships to the following APO/FPO/DPO locations:
- AA – Armed Forces America
- AE – Armed Forces Europe
- AP – Armed Forces Pacific
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days with Standard Shipping.
APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot be shipped by Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping methods.
International Locations
We’re sorry. We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience. Damaged Items
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance via CHAT or via phone at 1-866-388-1956. If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of damage, handle with care to take a photo of damaged item(s), and then safely discard of the damaged contents.
